WALL STREET: MONEY NEVER SLEEPS LOCATIONS

Released in September of 2010, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps is the sequel to the popular 1987 New York City film, Wall Street.  This time around Shia LaBeouf joins Michael Douglas as a young Wall Street trader, Jacob, whose mentor has just been murdered.  Meanwhile, Douglas’s character, Gordon Gekko, has just been released from prison for his crimes in the first film.  He wants to reconnect with his estranged daughter, Winnie, as well as warn Wall Street about the looming economic downturn and stock market crash.

Jacob, who just happens to also be Gekko’s soon-to-be son in law, is determined to find out if his hedge fund manager is involved in the death of his mentor.  Gordon Gekko offers to help Jacob in exchange for help with reconnecting with Winnie.

Although very young, Shia LaBeouf has already had a great run as an actor.  His impressive list of accomplishments includes television shows and movies like Even Stevens, Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, Constantine, Disturbia, Bobby, I Robot, Transformers, and Eagle Eye, among many others.
