TOP 3 SEINFELD LOCATIONS IN NYC
Hulu picked up all nine seasons of Seinfeld, and if you haven’t heard, it’s now available for streaming! In honor of this occasion, we decided to highlight our top 3 NYC locations from the iconic 90s sitcom.
Tom’s Restaurant
This Upper West Side (technically Morningside Heights) establishment was used as the exterior of Monk’s Café, where Jerry and Co. frequently hung out. If you’re looking for a great Seinfeld photo op, this is it! Go check it out on Broadway at 112th Street on the Uptown TV & Movie Sites Tour.
Soup Man
The infamous “Soup Nazi” was based on the very real “Soup Man.” The original location of Soup Man can be found on West 55th Street near 8th Avenue. But Seinfeld wasn’t joking: make sure you follow the rules or “no soup for you!”
Yankee Stadium
The new Yankee Stadium opened in 2009, but it was built right next to the old location (which has since been torn down) where George Costanza worked for a third of Seinfeld’s run.
