Let’s be honest, Spider-Man is one of the if not the coolest superheroes out of all the avengers. I mean he can sense danger and sling webs from his wrists? I mean, what’s not to like? Iron man has nothing on this guy. So before your Super Tour of NYC tomorrow, how should you get prepared?
Step 1: Discover Your Spidey Talent
After watching Across the Spider-Verse we get to see what seems like an infinite amount of spider-mans. There’s the classics like Peter Parker, Miles Morales and… Spider-Cat? Nonetheless, they all have one thing in common. They each have different skills. To find yours grab a cup of tea and reflect. Maybe you’re great at sensing where to prevent an awkward pause in a conversation. Or you know how to get the crowd roaring with laughter.
Step 2: Develop Your Own Mantra
We’ve all heard the classic, “With great power comes great responsibility” or “Nah I’mma do my own thing”. But what’s your mantra? A mantra is a positive phrase that keeps you motivated. Grab a pen and paper and write five values you believe are the most important to have. Now create a phrase that encompasses these values. Boom. You’ve got yourself a mantra!
Step Three: Have Fun
You’re going to be visiting one of the coolest cities in the world, New York City! You’ll be able to see where the showdowns between your favorite hero (we’re guessing it’s Spider-Man) and the comic/movie villains he faced. If there’s one thing you can learn from Peter Parker it’s how to have fun. You’ll be seeing over 30 NYC locations featured in classic superhero movies. So get some rest and conserve your strength for the big day!
